This article explains what happens to your video testimonials when you cancel or pause your Senja subscription.

Your testimonials are safe! When you cancel your paid subscription, your existing testimonials will remain in your account and will not be deleted.

What happens when you cancel your subscription

When you cancel your paid Senja subscription, your account is automatically downgraded to our free plan at the end of your billing cycle. Here’s what that means for your testimonials:

  • All your existing testimonials remain in your account. You can still access, view, and manage them.

  • If you have more than 15 testimonials, any new testimonials you collect will be hidden. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock them.

  • Your widgets and Wall of Love will display Senja branding.

Free Plan Limitation: Our free plan allows for up to 15 testimonials. If you have more than 15 testimonials and you downgrade to the free plan, any new testimonials you collect will be hidden from view. To access them, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.

Can I pause my subscription?

It is not possible to pause a subscription. If you do not need to use your paid plan for a period of time, we recommend downgrading to the free plan. This will ensure your testimonials are kept safe and you will not be charged.

How to access your testimonials after cancellation
