You can cancel your Senja subscription yourself by following these steps:

Cancel your subscription in the Stripe customer portal
That's it! Your subscription will be cancelled and you won't be charged again. Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan at the end of your billing period.
What about refunds?
If you'd like to request a refund for your subscription, we handle these requests on a case-by-case basis. Common situations where refunds are granted include:
Immediate cancellation after upgrading
Switching from monthly to yearly billing
Account not actively used
Business closure or financial hardship
