Workspace transfer vs. account transfer
There are two types of transfers available in Senja:
Account transfer: Transfers ownership of the entire account and all its workspaces to another person
Workspace transfer: Moves a specific workspace or project to a different Senja account while keeping other workspaces in the original account

What you need for a workspace transfer
To transfer a workspace or project to another Senja account, you'll need:
Email address of the current workspace owner
Email address of the destination account (where the workspace will be moved)
Name of the specific workspace or project to transfer
How to transfer a workspace
Workspace transfers must be handled by our support team for security and billing reasons.
To request a workspace transfer:
Specify that you want to transfer a workspace (not the entire account)
Provide the current workspace owner's email address
Provide the destination account's email address
Include the name of the workspace or project you want to transfer
Wait for our team to process the transfer
Our support team will verify the request and complete the workspace transfer for you.
Transfer to free accounts
You can transfer workspaces to both paid and free Senja accounts. When transferring to a free account:
The workspace will be subject to free plan limitations
Premium features may become unavailable if the destination account doesn't have a paid plan
The workspace will be limited to 15 testimonials on the free plan
What happens after the transfer
Once the workspace transfer is complete:
The destination account owner will have full control of the transferred workspace
The workspace will no longer appear in the original account
All testimonials, forms, and settings within the workspace remain intact
Billing for the workspace will be handled by the destination account
Team members will need to be re-invited to the workspace in its new location
Important considerations
Billing impact:
The original account will no longer be charged for the transferred workspace
The destination account becomes responsible for any applicable charges
If transferring from a paid plan to a free account, some features may become unavailable
Access changes:
Team members with access to the workspace will lose access after transfer
The destination account owner will need to re-invite team members
Existing sharing links and embeds will continue to work
