How to transfer ownership of my Senja account

Transferring account ownership allows you to hand over full administrative control of your Senja account to another person.

How to transfer ownership

Account ownership transfers must be handled by our support team for security reasons.

To request a transfer:

  1. Contact Senja support

  2. Provide these info:

    • The email address of the current account owner (admin)

    • The email address of the person who will become the new account owner

  3. Wait for our team to process the transfer

Our support team will verify the request and complete the ownership transfer for you.

What happens after the transfer

Once the transfer is complete:

  • The new admin will have full control of the account

  • The previous admin will lose administrative access

  • All account settings, projects, and data remain intact

Transferring individual workspaces

If you only need to transfer a specific workspace or project (not the entire account), you can request a project transfer instead. This allows you to:

  • Move individual projects to different Senja accounts

  • Transfer projects to free accounts

  • Keep other projects in your current account
