If your plan was canceled due to a payment issue, this guide will help you understand why it happened and how to quickly restore your service.
Why was my plan canceled?
When a recurring payment for your subscription fails, our billing provider, Stripe, makes several attempts to charge your card. If all these attempts are unsuccessful, your subscription is automatically canceled. This results in a loss of access to paid features.
To restore your service quickly, the best approach is to create a new subscription. This ensures you regain access to your plan without delay.
How to Restore Your Plan
To reactivate your plan, you need to create a new subscription. Follow these steps:
Log in to your Senja account.
Navigate to the Billing page.
Create a new subscription.
Once you complete these steps, your access to the paid features will be restored immediately.
What If I Was Charged, but My Plan Is Still Canceled?
In some cases, a payment might be successfully processed after your subscription has already been marked as canceled. When this happens, the system may not automatically reactivate your plan.
If you've been charged but your plan is not active, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and apply any necessary credits or refunds to your account to resolve the discrepancy.
