How to update your payment information

This article explains how to update your payment information for your Senja account.

The easiest way to update your payment information is to use the unique link that is sent to your email address.

  1. Open your email inbox and search for an email from Senja with a subject line like "Update your payment information" or "Your payment has failed".

  2. Open the email and click on the link to update your payment information.

  3. You will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your new payment details.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

To quickly find the email, you can use the search function in your email client. Here’s an example of how to search in Gmail:

Method 2: Contact support

If you can't find the email with the payment update link, you can contact our support team. They will be able to provide you with a new link.
