Can I reactivate my subscription at the old price?

When you reactivate a subscription, it will be at the current pricing. We don't support old pricing for new or reactivated subscriptions, with one exception for payment failures.

Reactivating your subscription

Reactivated subscriptions use current pricing. If you previously canceled and want to subscribe again, you'll pay the current plan rates.

Resubscribing after a payment failure

If your subscription was canceled due to a payment failure, you may be able to resubscribe at your old price.

If you were on our Starter plan, you can use the promo code STARTERLEGACY at checkout to keep your old pricing. If you've already resubscribed at the new price, contact our support team and we'll issue a refund and apply a coupon so you're billed at your old price moving forward.
