Troubleshooting: Senja Attribution Still Showing on Paid Plans

This article addresses the issue of the "Powered by Senja" attribution appearing in emails even after upgrading to a paid plan.

Symptom

You have upgraded to a paid Senja plan, but your emails still display the Senja attribution footer.

Cause

Even on paid plans, the "Show Senja attribution" setting is enabled by default on a per-form basis. This means you must manually disable it for each of your existing forms.

Solution

  1. Navigate to the "Forms" section in your Senja dashboard.

  2. Select the form you want to edit.

  3. Go to the "Messages" tab.

  4. Under "Email settings," locate the "Show Senja attribution" toggle switch.

  5. Click the toggle to turn it off. The toggle should turn from purple to gray.

Repeat this process for all the forms from which you want to remove the Senja branding.

The image displays a section titled 'Email Messages' with three tab options: 'Invite email', 'Thank you email', and 'Email settings'. The 'Email settings' tab appears to be selected. Below the tabs, there is a section for 'Your logo' with a placeholder image containing four colored squares and an 'X' icon in the top right corner, likely for removing the logo. Further down, there are input fields for 'Reply-to email', pre-filled with 'zeeshaan@theinfluencer.ai', and 'From name', pre-filled with 'Zeeshaan'. At the bottom of the visible section, there is a toggle switch next to the text 'Show Senja attribution', with the toggle in the 'on' position (indicated by the purple color).
