How do I customize my Form 2.0 design?
You can customize your Form 2.0 design to match your brand and collect the right information. This includes changing colors, logos, copy, questions, and more.
This guide applies to Form 2.0. If you're using an older form version, the customization options may differ.
What you can customize
Testimonial type (text or video)
Logo and button colors
Welcome and thank you page copy
Questions and placeholder text
Form tags
Form rewards
Form language
Form slug and URL
Senja branding (can be removed on paid plans)
Open your form
Go to your Forms page: https://app.senja.io/forms
Choose the form and click Edit
Setup the gift you want for your customers in Reward tab (detailed steps here)
Set your questions in Form tab
If you want to change your design (logo, color, font), stay in the Form tab and click the Design subtab
In Settings tab, you can set:
Testimonial alerts
Transcription on video testimonials
Auto-approve the testimonials submitted via this form
Auto-tag the testimonials submitted via this form
Translate collected testimonials (only for Senja Pro account)
Close the form from any new submissions
Setup the email messages to your customer in Emails tab
Set the Invite email, Senja will send this if you choose Campaign method on the Trigger tab - you can choose to enable email reminder/not
Set the Thank you email that can be sent automatically after your customer complete the form
Update the logo, from email address, and from name in Email settings
Set how you want to share the form in Trigger tab
Changes appear in the preview instantly, so you can see how your form looks before saving.
