I forget what email address I use for Senja

If you've forgotten which email address you used to sign up for Senja, don't worry. You can find your registered email address by locating your Senja widget ID and contacting our support team.

Find your Senja widget ID

Your Senja widget ID is a unique identifier for your testimonial widget. You can find it in the HTML code of the website where you've embedded the widget.

  1. Go to the webpage where your Senja widget is embedded

  2. Right-click on the widget and select Inspect or Inspect Element from the context menu

  3. This will open your browser's developer tools

  4. In the developer tools, look for a <div> element with the class "senja-embed". The widget ID is the value of the data-id attribute

Here's an example of what the code looks like:

In the example above, the widget ID is 33eb83f5-b4f6-429c-b427-bbb94fd86f18.

Once you have your widget ID, please contact our Support team. Please include the widget ID in your message, and we'll be able to find the email address associated with your account.

For security reasons, we can only provide the email address to the owner of the account. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
