This guide explains how to claim your non-profit, charity, NGO, or student discount with Senja.
Before you start
Make sure you understand which discount applies to you:
Non-profit/NGO/Charity: 30% off for life - learn more about non-profit discounts

Method 1: Apply discount code during checkout
For non-profits, you can use our instant discount code:
Go to Senja's pricing page
Select your preferred plan
During checkout, enter discount code: SJNONPROFIT30
Complete your purchase with the 30% discount applied
Method 2: Submit documentation for verification
If you prefer to verify your status first or if the discount code doesn't work:
Step 1: Prepare your documentation
For non-profits, charities, and NGOs:
501(c)(3) determination letter
Employer Identification Number (EIN)
Registered charity number
Any formal document confirming non-profit status
For students:
Current student ID
Admission letter
Enrollment verification letter
Step 2: Submit your documentation
Email your documentation to [email protected]
Include in your email:
Your organization/school name
Which plan you're interested in
Any specific questions about the discount
Our team will review your submission within 1-2 business days
Step 3: Receive and apply your discount
We'll send you a personalized discount code or apply the discount directly to your account
If you receive a code, apply it during checkout
If we apply it directly, upgrade your account and the discount will be automatically applied

How to Verify Your Discount
After applying a discount code, you should see the discount reflected in the final price before you confirm your payment. Here’s what to look for:
Price reduction: The total amount due should be lower than the original price.
Discount code field: The discount code you entered should be visible, often with a confirmation message like "Discount applied."
If you do not see the price change, do not complete the purchase. Contact support to resolve the issue first.

Double-check the code spelling: SJNONPROFIT30
Ensure you're applying it to the correct discount type
Some codes are for specific plans or have expiration dates. Check the terms of the offer.
