How to cancel your paid plan

You can cancel your Senja subscription yourself by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to billing, or click here.

  2. Click the Manage subscription button

  1. Cancel your subscription in the Stripe customer portal

Subscription Cancellation Confirmation

After you cancel your subscription, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

You've successfully canceled your subscription. Check your email for a confirmation message.

What about refunds?

If you'd like to request a refund for your subscription, we handle these requests on a case-by-case basis. Common situations where refunds are granted include:

  • Immediate cancellation after upgrading

  • Switching from monthly to yearly billing

  • Account not actively used

  • Business closure or financial hardship

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account details and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days.
