Overview

This guide will walk you through how to check the delivery status of your testimonial invitations. You'll learn how to find the status of each invite and what each status means.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, navigate to Collect > Forms > Invites. You can also directly access the page by navigating to /forms/d/invites.

  2. On the Invites page, you'll see a list of all the invitations you've sent.

  3. For each invitation, you can see:

    • The name of the person who sent the invite.

    • The name and email of the recipient.

    • When the invitation was sent and when a follow-up was sent.

  4. On the right side of each invitation, you'll see a status badge. The status will be one of the following:

    • Invited: This means the email has been successfully sent to the recipient.

    • Unsubscribed: This means the recipient has unsubscribed from your emails.

Unsubscribed Status

If an invitation is marked as "Unsubscribed", it means the recipient has actively chosen not to receive emails from you. Please respect their decision and do not try to contact them through other means.

What to do if an email is not received

If a recipient reports that they haven't received your invitation, ask them to check their spam or junk folder. The email will be sent from our email provider, Postmark. Adding emails from Postmark to their contact list can help ensure they receive your invitations in the future.

Should I resend an invitation?

We recommend that you only resend an invitation if you are certain that the recipient did not receive the first one. Sending multiple invitations can be perceived as spammy and may negatively impact your relationship with your customers.
