How can I bulk import testimonials with CSV or XLS?

Senja makes it easy to bulk import your testimonials with a CSV or XLS file.

Here’s how:

1. Go to https://app.senja.io/import

2. Click on Upload spreadsheet

3. Upload your CSV file

• Click to download an example file with the supported fields.

• You can upload files of the type: CSV, XLS, XLSX.

How to import video testimonials

• You can import video testimonials with this file.

• Under the video_url column on your file paste the public URL for each video.

Mandatory fields

The name, rating, and text fields are mandatory. You can leave all other fields blank if you do not have the information.

Optional fields

There are a few additional fields you can use if you want to add more information in bulk:

• email to associate an email to the testimonial

• user photo, which should be a url to the photo of your endorser if available

• job title to also display a job title like "CMO of Notion" or "Founder of Drip"

• integration, if you're bringing these testimonials from another platform

• date, which should follow this format: 2023-08-09T00:00:00+00:00

• video mp4 url, which should be a url to the mp4 file of your endorser if available

• username to add the username of this customer if it exists

• url which is the source url of the testimonial

• tags which is a list of comma separated tags

• customer company to associate a company name to the testimonial

• images which is a list of comma separated image urls to assign to the testimonial

• testimonial_title which is how you want to name this testimonial in Senja

What happens next?

• Your testimonials are imported in the background.

• You will receive an email when the import is complete.
