Import testimonials from Airbnb
Senja lets you import guest reviews from your Airbnb listings and bring in new ones automatically.
Importing from Airbnb works on all plans: Free, Starter, and Pro. Auto-import needs a paid plan: Starter or Pro.
What you can do
Import all reviews from a listing at once
Select individual reviews to import only the ones you want
Auto-import new reviews automatically (Starter and Pro)
How to import from Airbnb
Log in to Airbnb and open the listing you want to import reviews from
Click Share
Click Copy Link
Go to Import → Import from web: https://app.senja.io/import/web
Click the Airbnb icon
Paste your link in the Airbnb listing URL field, then remove everything after the room number
Your copied link looks like:
https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/12345678?source_impression_id=...Delete everything from the
?onwards, so it looks like:https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/12345678
Click Import testimonials
Choose individual reviews or click Select all testimonials, then click Import
Your Airbnb reviews are now in Senja and ready to share.
