If your widget isn’t updating properly, it usually means one of the following things.
1. You’re using a caching system/plugin
If your site is built with WordPress, more often than not you’ll be using a cacheing plugin like Litespeed or WPRocket.
These plugins prevent Senja from updating your widget automatically.
You’ll need to clear your cache using the instructions provided by your caching plugin.
To fix this ongoing, simply follow these steps:
- For other caching plugins, contact their support to find out how to exclude Senja.
For the URL to exclude, use https://widget.senja.io/*
2. Your widget’s filters are configured incorrectly
If your widget isn’t using your latest testimonials follow these steps
- Click on Select testimonials at the top right of the widget studio.
- Make sure your widget’s filters are set to approved.
- Make sure the filter conditions on the left are up to date
