Senja forms are stunning, personalised forms that make it easy for your customers to leave you a text or video testimonial without any special software.
How many forms can I have?
You can have one or many forms.
You may have a different form for a different product, service or use case. For example you might have a form to collect customer testimonials for product A, a form for product B, and a form to collect employee testimonials.

What is the difference between forms v1 [classic] and v2?
Forms v1 are simple forms that allow you to collect one video clip or text response. Forms v2 [sometimes called multi-step forms] allow you to ask multiple questions and collect multiple answers.
This is very powerful for directing your customer, and collecting more useful and persuasive testimonials.
How do I customize my form?
