Transferring account ownership allows you to hand over full administrative control of your Senja account to another person.

What you need to transfer ownership

To transfer ownership of your Senja account, you'll need:

  • The email address of the current account owner (admin)

  • The email address of the person who will become the new account owner

How to transfer ownership

Account ownership transfers must be handled by our support team for security reasons.

To request a transfer:

  1. Contact Senja support

  2. Provide the current admin's email address

  3. Provide the new admin's email address

  4. Wait for our team to process the transfer

Our support team will verify the request and complete the ownership transfer for you.

What happens after the transfer

Once the transfer is complete:

  • The new admin will have full control of the account

  • The previous admin will lose administrative access

  • All account settings, projects, and data remain intact

Transferring individual workspaces

If you only need to transfer a specific workspace or project (not the entire account), you can request a workspace transfer instead. This allows you to:

  • Move individual workspaces to different Senja accounts

  • Transfer workspaces to free accounts

  • Keep other workspaces in your current account
