How do I change my Senja plan?

You want to make a change to your Senja plan. Here’s how: ### 1. Go to Billing This is located under your project settings: app.senja.io/settings/billing ### 2. Click "Change plan" From here you can upgrade your account.

### 3. If you’re looking to downgrade… Click **Manage subscription** to cancel your paid plan. Senja will automatically downgrade you to our free tier at the end of your billing cycle. ### What happens when I downgrade?

Downgrading your plan will result in the following changes to your account:

  • You will lose access to paid features at the end of your billing cycle. After your paid plan expires, you will have access to paid features for a grace period of 10 days.

  • All your Widgets and Wall of Love will have the Senja branding.

  • Your testimonials will not be removed from your account; they are preserved forever unless you decide to delete them.

  • New testimonials will be hidden if you are over the 15 testimonial limit of the free plan.
