What do approved and unapproved mean?

Approve / unapproved explained.

You’re here to understand what approved and unapproved testimonials means.


When you collect a new testimonial it is added to your Senja account as unapproved.


This means it exists in your account, but cannot be added added to a widget, Wall of Love, or be seen publicly.


This allows you to review and approve a testimonial before you, or anyone on your team, makes it public.


Once approved you can add your testimonial to a widget or Wall of Love.


1. Click on Approved

It will switch to Unapproved and no longer be available to share.
